PRIVACY STATEMENT

1.    We value your privacy and will only use the personal information that we collect about you, from you to fulfil your request for further information. The information we collect will be handled sensitively and securely with proper regards for privacy.

2.    If you do not provide all the information requested we may be unable to process your enquiry.

3.    The information collected about you may be disclosed to our staff or our client's staff involved in processing your enquiry or in support roles, or other third parties who assist with the enquiry process.

4.    Your information will be kept on file so that we may contact you with further information or offers. You may unsubscribe from any future correspondence at which time your information will be destroyed.

Coaching Confidentiality Agreement

5.    All initial coaching sessions that C2C commences with a company or client will be accompanied with a ‘Multi-Party Coaching Agreement’ (MCA) or ‘Coaching Confidentiality Agreement’ (CCA) respectively. Within these agreements, C2C describes how it will uphold the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)”. www.coachfederation.org/ethics. It is recommended that the Client review the ICF Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behaviour.

6.    The MCA and CCA establish the relationship that will exist between the designated C2C Coach and the client. This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with C2C as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. Whilst the C2C-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege, C2C agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. C2C will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.

7.    Confidential Information does not include information that:

a. was in C2C’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client;

b.    is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry;

c. is obtained by C2C from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client;

d. is independently developed by C2C without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or

e.  C2C is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose;

f.  is disclosed to C2C and as a result of such disclosure C2C reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and

g.  involves illegal activity.  The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with C2C in a timely manner.

Release of Information

15.  C2C engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification by the ICF. By signing the CCA or MCA, you agree to have only your name, contact information and start and end dates of coaching shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the C2C relationship, no personal notes will be shared.

16.  According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.

17.  Further information regarding Cancellation Policy, Record Retention Policy, Agreement Termination and Limited Liability is contained within the applicable CCA or MCA.
